Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claim done more than 3 days after receiving the product will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different item or size, a new order must be placed.

Refunds 
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned items must be in the same shape and condition with no signs of wear or damage as when you received them.

The shipping fees for the return is paid by the buyer, as well as any custom charges (outside of the European Union). 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The shipping fee plus eventual custom charges will be deducted from your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return item must be properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
